Fusion Computer attempts to keep the information on its website current and accurate, there may occasionally be typographical errors or inaccuracies that may render the information incomplete, outdated, or incorrect. Please note that such errors, inaccuracies or omissions may relate to product descriptions, pricing and/or availability. Therefore, we reserve the right to:
Correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions at our discretion;
Change or update information at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order);
Refuse or cancel orders placed for products listed at the incorrect price, whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If a credit card has been charged, a credit will be issued.

Charge sales tax on orders shipped within California. Purchaser is responsible for any duties and taxes imposed by another state or country.
Promotional discounts used at the time of original purchase are only valid for applicable stock on hand and cannot be applied to new orders or substitutions made after promotion has expired.
Due to the variances in computer monitors, and the various settings for brightness and contrast that users may adjust their monitors to, we cannot guarantee with any certainty that the color represented in a product image on your monitor is exactly as it appears in the physical world.
The ability to order an item or book condition (new or used) online does not guarantee that the item will ship. The Fusion Computer may cancel
items from orders if those items are not in-stock or were found to be defective.
Payment and Returns
All sales final, No return or exchange. Defective item except, online purchases can be made using only U. S. funds. Returns are subject to
the policies detailed in the Fusion Computer Customer Service or call toll free 1-855-539-3288.
Most hardware warranty work can be handled directly with the computer manufacturer.
Alternatively, hardware repairs can be made at the Fusion Computer Repair center located 24705 Narbonne Ave Ste 106, Lomita, CA 90717. Fusion Computer will diagnose computer problems for walk-in customers for a fee. If the problem is an issue covered under the manufacturer’s warranty for parts and labor, the diagnosis is included as part of the warranty repair. If the problem is not covered by the manufacturer’s warranty the customer will be charged an hourly rate for the diagnosis.
Any dispute relating in any way to your visit to our website shall be submitted to confidential arbitration in Los Angeles, California, except that, to the extent you have in any manner violated. we may seek injunctive or other appropriate relief in a state or federal court in the state of California, and you consent to exclusive subject matter and personal jurisdiction and venue in such courts. Arbitration under this agreement shall be conducted under the applicable rules then prevailing of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitrator’s award shall be binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, no arbitration under this agreement shall be joined to an arbitration involving any other parties subject to this agreement, whether through class arbitration proceedings or otherwise.
